The style of this cuvée stems from a different winemaking approach and a selection of more tannic grapes, which call for aging in large-capacity barrels. It is a “saignée” rosé fermented and aged in oak barrels: full-bodied and concentrated on fresh red fruits, with subtle notes of brioche and bread crumb. A stylish, harmonious, and balanced cuvée!

About the estate:
François Collard is a regular in the Guide, with his wines often ranking highly. Established in 1994, he began bottling wines from the family vineyards (65 hectares certified organic since 2014) under two labels: Mourgues du Grès, which belonged to the Ursuline convent of Beaucaire until the Revolution, and La Tour de Béraud, named after a 14th-century watchtower Never short on ideas, the Collard couple invites visitors to explore every facet of the estate via a marked trail equipped with Bluetooth markers.
