"The elegance of white Grenache aged in barrels"

"A blend of half Grenache Blanc and half Macabeu with a floral and vanilla nose, full-bodied and powerful on the palate, with lovely acidity and still very present oak. Cellar for more complexity; the pleasure is yet to come." (Le Guide Hachette 2024)

About wine:

A blend of half Grenache Blanc and half Macabeu with a floral and vanilla nose, full-bodied and powerful on the palate, with lovely acidity and still very present oak. We are cellaring it for more complexity; the pleasure is yet to come.

About the estate:

Véronique Boudau and her brother Pierre have been running the family estate since 1993. They decided to breathe new life into the property, which covers some 50 hectares of excellent terroir at the entrance to the Agly Valley. Their gamble paid off: the entire production is bottled and sold, mainly through a network of restaurants and wine merchants. A safe bet, which has committed to converting its vineyard to organic farming. Véronique's daughter has just joined the adventure.
