"A crisp and crunchy vintage!"

"This finely crafted red wine, draped in a light robe, delivers lively aromas of strawberry, rose, and garrigue (thyme and rockrose). Sewn with fine tannins, the palate is warm yet balanced, restrained and long, with a crisp finish of red berries." (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About wine:

This finely crafted red wine, draped in a light robe, delivers lively aromas of strawberry, rose, and garrigue (thyme and rockrose). Sewn with fine tannins, the palate is warm yet balanced, restrained and long, with a crisp finish of red berries.

About the estate:

Véronique Boudau and her brother Pierre have been running the family estate since 1993. They decided to breathe new life into the property, which covers some 50 hectares of excellent terroir at the entrance to the Agly Valley. Their gamble paid off: the entire production is bottled and sold, mainly through a network of restaurants and wine merchants. A safe bet, which has committed to converting its vineyard to organic farming. Véronique's daughter has just joined the adventure.
