Uby One is a cuvée aged for 10 months in oak barrels (French and American). The red version, made from Tannat, offers a nose of licorice and smoke, and a rich palate with intense notes of vanilla and coffee, followed by a lovely finish... A delightful red from the Southwest!

About the estate:
The European pond turtle, a nod to those fighting to protect endangered species, is often featured on the labels of the Uby estate (both vineyard and wine merchant), founded in 1956. At the helm of this vast vineyard (300 ha) since 1995, François Morel has implemented numerous initiatives focused on environmental stewardship and, for the wine merchant division, selects partners who supply organic grapes.
