Made in equal parts from Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng, the 2007 Sève d'Automne cuvée opens with an exuberant, intense, and frank nose, exuding aromas of white flowers, exotic fruits, and citrus, all blended with subtle hints of vanilla and brioche. The lingering flavors finish with notes of mango, dried flowers, spice, and minerality. A true explosion of aromas!
