Rating: Gault Millau 16/20
“This cuvée offers superb balance between sweetness and the freshness of almost tropical fruit, with notes of mango, papaya, and a hint of star fruit; all wrapped in a touch of pastry, linked to a very ‘Ramonteu’-style aging process that is certainly distinctive.” (Les Meilleurs Vins de France 2012 - Gault Millau)

Food and wine pairings

An excellent sweet Jurançon. A cut above the latest Tariquet Grives and with more complex aromas than an Alsatian Vendanges Tardives. Aromas of apricot tart!! Divine. I'm curious to try Noblesse du Temps (harvested in December).

Rich and complex, combining acidity and warmth. Good length. It will be worth waiting a few more years.
