Sève d'Automne is a wine that is both complex and subtle. It delights with aromas of pear and banana intertwined with fresh notes of citrus and spices. The attack on the palate is powerful, with structure and richness supporting very concentrated, fresh fruit. The oak is well-integrated and complements a pleasant sensation of freshness on the finish... A real treat!

A touch of sunshine in a pear-infused spice blend—it’s like white pepper in a tangy citrus richness that lingers on the palate. Sensual....

A beautiful balance between the fruity and citrusy flavors of a sweet wine, the acidity and freshness of a dry white, and a hint of oak. Surprisingly full-bodied with a long finish, making it the perfect pairing for spicy dishes (tajines).
