Notes: Guide Hachette 2** (Remarkable Wine), Gault Millau 14.5/20
“This Geyser bursts forth with an explosion of white flowers, ripe fruit (peach, pear), and citrus. The clean attack heralds a subtle palate, featuring vine peach, Spanish melon, and verbena, which lingers long on the finish, supported by tart notes (lemon) that bring freshness and balance. A beautiful wine to discover without delay, paired with a langoustine carpaccio.” (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2013)

It has a lovely freshness and an acidity that nicely balances the wine. However, the intensity of the fruit and the length on the palate are a notch below those of its older siblings...

Served as an aperitif, this wine is definitely a delightful find. It is a bit robust, though.

A well-balanced wine with an exquisite flavor that delights the palate. It pairs elegantly with all fish and shellfish. Highly recommended.

It’s a veritable explosion of citrus and spice aromas. It’s a very pleasant wine to pair with a seafood platter, but also makes for a festive aperitif. A surprising and very enjoyable wine.
