The shipping fees vary depending on the country of destination and the number of ordered bottles.

The expected delivery timeframe is indicated on the wine presentation page and on your cart. Delivery generally happens 8 to 10 working days after the end of the sale. This timeframe is necessary as your bottles are still in the winery cellars when you place your order. This is to guarantee the best storage and condition.

Our courier, an expert in wine transport, delivers in protected wooden cases or in boxes specially adapted to wine transportation.

When your order is ready to be dispatched, we send you an email to confirm your wines will be delivered to you very soon.

Shipping fees are fixed and can be modified, as well as the freight paid scheme (order amount or number of bottles), depending on offers. The courier cannot guarantee delivery above ground floor.

Delivery

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the deliveryman will leave you a notification to schedule a new delivery date.

When you receive your order, if the package appears damaged, you need to notify it on the delivery note. If you notice some obvious breakages, or a leak, we advise you refuse the box and ask the delivery company for a return to sender.

In that case, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can send you another parcel or reimburse you.
