Free shipping within France is automatically applied to your cart for orders of at least €250 (excluding shipping costs) for pickup at a pickup point, or €300 (excluding shipping costs) for home delivery.
We also regularly offer free shipping on our website, sometimes with no minimum order requirement.

First of all, thank you for your review on our website, and we apologize if your order was not delivered to the pickup location you originally selected.
There are many reasons why a pickup location might refuse to accept a package.
It may be closed (or unavailable) when the delivery person arrives, in which case the package will be delivered the next day. It may also be full of packages, or it may have recently ended its partnership with the pickup point.
Our pickup point partners send us regularly updated lists of pickup points, but pickup points sometimes announce closures without notice or with very little notice, and this information was not yet available when the order was confirmed.
In such cases, the carrier will drop off your package at another pickup location near the one you originally selected.

I’m choosing a pickup location, but this is the second time Chronopost has changed my pickup location for no good reason—even though my preferred locations are open! So if I choose a pickup location near my home that has PARKING and then get my package delivered to a location where it’s IMPOSSIBLE TO PARK, I’m no longer interested at all...just so you know.”

We apologize for the issue you encountered with the delivery of your order to the pickup location.
There are many reasons why a pickup location might refuse to accept a package.
The pickup location may be closed (or unavailable) when the delivery driver arrives, in which case the package may be redelivered the next day. It may also be at capacity, and the network it belongs to may decide not to assign it any new packages for a while. The pickup point may also have recently ended its partnership with the delivery service, and this information was not yet known when the order was confirmed. The package is then dropped off at another available pickup point near the one originally selected.

As for shipping costs, it’s always a good idea to compare prices, but websites that offer free shipping on orders of six bottles or more typically include shipping costs in the price per bottle. This ultimately results in a higher “delivered” price than what we offer (for Belgium in your case).
The loyalty cashback we credit to your account after each order—which you can also apply to your order—can help reduce shipping costs, unless the order is already eligible for free shipping. We also regularly offer free shipping promotions on our website.
