"The delivery instructions were taken into account by 1 jour1 vin. The carrier gave me a delivery day. Then the carrier advanced the delivery by one day the day before the new schedule. Ok. A 1st schedule given the morning of delivery by the carrier was again modified by the carrier (plus one hour). Then the delivery man called me and delayed the second delivery slot by 2 hours. Almost perfect!"

"Always a great success. A rich and varied selection of wines, smooth navigation and muti-device (computer and smartphone for my part) An order tracking system that alerts us to changes in our order. I'm just a little disappointed about the delivery arrangements made by your service provider. One small area for improvement: not systematically offering Bordeaux wines in flash sales at weekends."
