After a crisp opening, the palate unfolds with finesse, fullness, and length, supported by a powerful tannic structure. The aromas evoke red and black fruits. It has depth.
About the estate:
Generations of sharecroppers worked the estate before Franck Large—who initially worked as a sharecropper himself—became the estate’s owner. Located 100 meters from the magnificent Romanesque priory of Salles-Arbuissonnas, the estate now comprises 12.5 hectares of Beaujolais-Villages, with some plots designated as Brouilly.
