About the estate:
Originally vineyard workers, then owners starting in 1903, the Cinquin family is based in the hamlet of Les Braves in Régnié-Durette. Paul, an amateur cycling champion and friend of the Tour de France riders, handed the reins over to the sixth generation in 1988: Franck and Anne-Virginie. Their lineup includes Régnié and Morgon wines, Beaujolais-Villages, and rosés, produced from 16 hectares of vineyards.

Simple and straightforward, this Gamay delights with its luscious, silky texture. Sparkling fruit awakens the taste buds, and the vintage’s mineral freshness further tantalizes them. It’s so delightful that one can easily overlook its slight lack of power, body, and length. A wine to be enjoyed without delay, paired with endives au gratin with ham or a crispy grilled pork belly. Rating = 3.7.
