Château d'Aurilhac

Château d'Aurilhac is a Cru Bourgeois of the Haut-Médoc. The approximately 20 hectares of Château d'Aurilhac's vineyards stretch across one of the most promising terroirs in the commune of Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, near Bordeaux.

The vineyards of Château d'Aurilhac are situated on a plateau with gravelly, clay-limestone soil. The wine from Château d'Aurilhac, classified under the Haut-Médoc appellation, is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. The estate was completely replanted in 1983.Thanks toErik Nieuwall’s passionate and persistent efforts, the estate nowproduces wines that are considered reliable choices in the Haut-Médoc, praised by professional tasters, the specialized press, and red wine enthusiasts—whether connoisseurs or casual drinkers—alike.
