The Domaine Pont de Guestres takes its name from the bridge that spans the "Barbanne" stream, crossing the Pomerol, Lalande-de-Pomerol, and Saint-Emilion appellations.
Owned by the Rousselot family since 1970, Domaine Pont de Guestres is situated on a sandy-gravel terroir spanning nearly 2 hectares, planted exclusively with Merlot.
In 1986, Rémy and Ghislaine Rousselot took over the family estates: Château Vray Houchat (Fronsac), Château Les Roches de Ferrand (Fronsac), Domaine Pont de Guestres ( Lalande-de-Pomerol),andChâteau au Pont de Guîtres (Lalande-de-Pomerol).
