Château Gazin
Château Gazin was purchased in the early 20th century by Louis Soualle, the great-grandfather of the current owners. The descendants of Louis Soualle represent the fifth generation of wine estate owners on both their father’s and mother’s sides.

The Château Gazin vineyard covers a contiguous area of 26 hectares located on the upper terrace of the Pomerol terroir. The terroir consists of Günzian gravel on the surface and, underground, blue and green clays containing iron oxides (crasse de fer). The vines are cultivated using traditional methods with full respect for the environment: plowing, organic fertilizers, integrated pest management, and hand-harvesting (plot by plot, at perfect ripeness).

Château Gazin wines are long and silky, complex, and always a delight to drink.
