Selected by the Devillard family for its typical characteristics, the Pinot Noir in this Givry cuvée expresses itself through fine, delicate aromas of red berries. Aged mainly in stainless steel vats, it is crisp and tangy on the palate, with elegant tannins. A flattering cuvée that will be enjoyed at a convivial dinner table.

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated estate (2025 guide) 3 stars (High-quality production, serving as a benchmark in its sector)
About the estate:
The Devillard family has expanded beyond the borders of Burgundy by purchasing the Rolet estate in the Jura region. In Mercurey, the Château de Chamirey remains their largest Burgundy property, with 37 hectares, including 15 hectares of premier cru vineyards. The estate also offers a unique table d'hôte dining experience in the heart of the hamlet. A skilled technical team, led by the dynamic duo of Robert Vernizeau and Enrico Peyrone, is constantly striving to improve the work in the vineyards, vinification, and aging, always in pursuit of excellence. The 2017 vintage is particularly successful and scored highly in our blind tastings, both for whites and reds. It could move up our rankings very soon.

About the estate:
