pinot noir
elegant
delicate

Selected by the Devillard family for its typicality, the Pinot Noir of this Givry cuvée expresses itself with fine, delicate aromas of small red fruits. Aged mainly in stainless steel tanks, the palate is crisp and acidic, with elegant tannins. A flattering cuvée to be enjoyed at a convivial table.

Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Domaine rated (guide 2025) 3*Stars (High-quality production that can serve as a benchmark in its sector)

About the domain :

The Devillard family has expanded beyond the borders of Burgundy with the purchase of Maison Rolet in the Jura. In Mercurey, Château de Chamirey remains the largest of their Burgundy estates, with 37 hectares, including 15 Premier Cru. A special feature of the estate is the table d'hôtes in the heart of the hamlet. A skilled technical team, led by a dynamic duo, Robert Vernizeau and Enrico Peyrone, constantly strive to improve their work in the vineyards, in winemaking and in ageing, always in pursuit of excellence. The 2017 vintage was particularly successful, hitting the bull's-eye with both red and white wines in our blind tastings. A step up in our hierarchy could come very soon.
