Interesting—it pairs well with desserts, much like a sweet Gaillac or a sweet Loire wine. A nice choice—a rare bottle to impress your friends, but nothing more.

It's exceptional with sweet, rich desserts, like the galette des rois!

Petit Frisson, enjoyed as a digestif, has a lovely sweetness that is immediately balanced by a hint of acidity on the finish, which ultimately creates a wonderful sensation of freshness.

An interesting experience. Very good. Worth trying. You can really taste the apple. It would be great with a tarte Tatin.

A wonderful discovery. It has a lovely aromatic complexity that brings to mind tarte Tatin, while still retaining a fresh quality. An original and delightful way to end a meal.
