“From beginners to connoisseurs, this is the ultimate wine for social gatherings; everyone will enjoy and appreciate it.”

“With citrus notes on the nose, this wine is crisp and lively, very tart on the palate with a sharp, lean acidity. Direct and punchy, with hints of green apple, yellow stone fruit, and citrus that lend it bite and a lingering freshness on the tongue. Dry and clean with a chalky finish. A charming, easy-drinking Champagne that builds in intensity, from green apple and lemon to soft crushed peach, with a creamy finish. Excellent as an aperitif.” (Decanter)

About the estate:

Charles Mignon is a family business founded by Bruno and Laurence Mignon, who are now assisted by their children, Manon and Guillaume. Each has their own role in the company: Laurence and Manon develop and manage wine tourism, while Bruno and Guillaume oversee the production of the brand’s wines. The house offers a wide range of wines across four categories, including a wine cellar featuring vintage vintages. A new addition has just joined the lineup: an organic brut. On the tourism side, the house welcomes you with a smile in the heart of Épernay for guided tours, tastings, and a screening of a film dedicated to the mysteries of champagne.
