Hachette

"One of last year's favorites. This version is frank, rich, and long, seducing with its flattering aromatic palette—toasted bread, gingerbread, candied fruit, honey, vanilla, and blond tobacco—which reflects its partial aging in wood." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2016)

About wine:

One of last year's favorites. This version is frank, rich, and long, seducing with its flattering aromatic palette—toasted bread, gingerbread, candied fruit, honey, vanilla, and blond tobacco—which reflects its partial aging in wood.

About the estate:

In 1996, Caroline and Olivier combined their names, Picard and Collard, in the town and in the cellar. Today, they own a 16-hectare estate in the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs—with organic premier cru and grand cru plots—and, since 2013, a prestigious address in Épernay.
