"One of last year's favorites. This vintage is bold, rich, and long-finishing, and captivates with its appealing aromatic profile—toasted bread, gingerbread, candied fruit, honey, vanilla, and blond tobacco—which reflects its partial aging in oak." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2016)

About the wine:
One of last year's favorites. This vintage is bold, rich, and long-finishing, and captivates with its appealing array of aromas—toasted bread, gingerbread, candied fruit, honey, vanilla, and blond tobacco—which reflect its partial aging in oak.
About the estate:
In 1996, Caroline and Olivier combined their surnames—Picard and Collard—both in marriage and in their winery. Today, they own a 16-hectare estate in the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs—with organically farmed 1er cru and grand cru plots—and, since 2013, a prestigious location in Épernay.
