About the estate:

A skilled winemaker, assisted by his children, Jacques Diebolt brings an expression full of elegance and energy to his vineyards—located primarily in Cramant and Cuis (Côte des Blancs)—in a range naturally dominated by Chardonnay. These are exemplary Champagnes—graceful, firm, and with excellent aging potential (as evidenced by the legendary 1953 Cramant)—particularly the Fleur de Passion cuvée, vinified in barrels without malolactic fermentation. A leading house known for its silky, composed blancs de blancs, characterized by great serenity, far removed from the trend toward narrow-minded and austere champagnes. A reliable and reassuring champagne whose classic style will appeal to both connoisseurs and lovers of fine blancs de blancs.
