"Perfect for the holidays!"

"A beautiful creamy expression with a refined and precise nose. The Chardonnay reveals itself with a more taut juice thanks to the 2019 base. The palate is full-bodied and creamy with a lovely chewiness, the bubbles are subtle, and the whole is consistent with a lovely long finish" (Le Guide RVF 2024). Favorite

Wine rated (2024 guide) 92/100

Rated estate (2024 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing good-quality wines; you won't be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About wine:

A beautiful creamy expression with a refined and precise nose. The Chardonnay reveals itself with a more taut juice thanks to the 2019 base. The palate is full-bodied and creamy with a beautiful chewiness, the bubbles are subtle, and the whole is consistent with a beautiful length on the palate.

About the estate:

A skilled winemaker, assisted by his children, Jacques Diebolt brings elegance and energy to his vineyards, mainly located in Cramant and Cuis (Côte des Blancs), in a range logically dominated by Chardonnay. These are models of graceful, firm champagnes with excellent aging potential (as evidenced by the legendary 1953 Cramant), notably the Fleur de Passion cuvée, vinified in barrels without malolactic fermentation. A benchmark house for silky, composed blancs de blancs, offering great serenity, far removed from the trend for austere, narrow champagnes. A confident, reassuring champagne whose classic style will appeal to both enthusiasts and lovers of fine blancs de blancs.
