3*Coup de Coeur
Hachette
“What a great find!”
“The three Champagne grape varieties (40% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir) come together in this brut based on the 2018 harvest, which delighted our tasters. Its strengths? A complex profile, blending citrus with riper, more developed notes (candied fruit, brioche, almond, mirabelle plum…), a clean, harmonious, and long finish, superbly fresh.” (Le Guide Hachette 2024). The excellence of Maison Nathalie Sélèque!

A bit too expensive for what it offers, in my opinion.

An elegant, flawless wine. The almond notes are (too) prominent. A fairly lively and well-balanced wine, but not to my taste.

It's decent, but far from Favorite Hachette Favorite . The bubbles aren't very well integrated and tend to overwhelm the palate. The wine is pleasant but lacks precision and balance for my taste.
