Bullas
Bullas is a Spanish Designation of Origin (DO) for wines produced in the Murcia region (Spain), covering the territories of eight municipalities, including Caravaca de la Cruz, Moratalla, and Bullas itself. The region is renowned for its young reds and rosés made from the Monastrell grape variety, which accounts for over 80% of all planted vines.

The Bullas appellation also permits the Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, and Grenache grape varieties. However, the only permitted white grape varieties are Macabeo (the majority) and Airén.
