Rosario Winery
The cellar The Rosario Wineries is located on the ancient wine route, El Camino de la Estacion, in the region of Murcia, in southeastern Spain. Just a short walk from the wine museum in Bullas, the region boasts a rich wine culture.

Las Bodegas del Rosario is the largest winery in the Bullas appellation and the first cooperative winery in the region, founded in 1950. Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate, the wines are generous and sun-kissed. The region's flagship grape variety is Monastrell, the Spanish name for the variety that reigns supreme in France and gives Bandol wines their distinctive character: Mourvèdre. Environmental issues are central to the approach of the winemakers at Las Bodegas del Rosario, and the use of chemicals is reduced as much as possible to allow nature to find the right balance.
