Bodega Ercavio

Bodega Ercavio is a winery located 60 kilometers east of Toledo, Spain, with 15 hectares of vineyards dominated by the Tempranillo grape variety. Bodega Ercavio was founded by three renowned winemaker friends who also serve as consultants to some of Spain’s finest estates. Bodega Ercavio benefits from a terroir situated at an elevation of 750 meters, bathed in sunshine and enjoying a continental climate. Everything here is done in the purest tradition, notably including aging in “tinajas”—those typical clay amphorae—before the wine is transferred to barrels.
