Once again, the nose skillfully integrates the oak, allowing floral, black plum, blackcurrant, and mineral notes to unfold in the glass. The palate features a lovely citrus backbone that pairs beautifully with blackcurrant, blueberry, and black cherry, while the finish is clean and refined. A pleasant, alluring wine. The nose offers notes of black fruit and cocoa, reflecting well-integrated oak. Full-bodied on the palate, with silky tannins.

I only opened one bottle. I wasn't sure what to do with it—whether to pour it straight down the sink or save it to make vinegar. Undrinkable, sour, and it tasted like oil. Is it just this bottle, or is it too old, or was it stored improperly??
