“Deep aromas of dark chocolate. Rich and fresh, with firm tannins and a rather elegant finish.” (James Suckling) Aged for 5 months in barrels, this Tempranillo is fruity, round, and spicy. A generous Ribera del Duero that’s ready to drink!

I'm disappointed, as are apparently most of the members. It has a nice nose of red fruits, but the taste isn't harmonious—the alcohol stands out. It's not hard to find significantly better wines from this appellation.

Disappointing. The wine is harsh, and the taste isn't very pleasant.

Review by Mr. DIDIER P. Published on June 15, 2018
Here is a wine that is well-structured, yet offers nothing—no pleasure on the palate. It has very firm tannins and will age well—even for a long time. But it lacks any distinctive character, both on the nose and on the palate. It reminds me of basic Côtes de Bourg wines from around here from more than forty years ago. Forget it.

Review by Mr. FLORIAN C. Published on May 13, 2018
The price-to-quality ratio seemed very appealing to me, but I didn't find it as appealing when I tasted it. It lacked expression and felt somewhat disjointed, with the alcohol on one side and the acidity on the other. Perhaps it's too young.

A bit of a letdown given the reviews. Alcoholic, heavy, and lacking any real flavor.

After being allowed to breathe, this is a fruity, full-bodied wine with fine tannins and a medium-length finish—more than adequate for its price range. It pairs wonderfully with cold cuts.
