Selection of specific vineyard plots, gentle pressing to obtain a high-density must, fermentation in new Hungarian oak barrels (20%) and temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (80%) for 8 to 12 days

Livestock Farming

Aged for 6 months in 136-liter Hungarian oak barrels with weekly stirring and in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of aging in the bottle
