Les Terrasses Cévénoles restructured its wine portfolio in the mid-2000s: the Cigalois as the entry-level line, the Monteyrac and Roche-Fourcade lines, and, starting in 2011, the organic Les Claris line made its debut. As a result, Les Terrasses Cévénoles currently offers a total of 21 white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines, under the Cévennes IGP and Languedoc AOC designations.

Located at the foot of the Cévennes foothills, the vineyards are subject to two distinct climates: the Mediterranean climate and the Cévennes microclimate, which is influenced by the presence of the mountains. The combination of these two climates allows the cooperative winemakers at Terrasses Cévénoles to produce ripe grapes while maintaining a good level of acidity—which ensures freshness, liveliness, and long shelf life—along with the beautiful aromatic intensity typical of Cévennes wines.
