Les Terrasses Cévenoles

Les Terrasses Cévénoles reorganized its wine portfolio in the mid-2000s: the Cigalois as the entry-level range, the Monteyrac and Roche-Fourcade, and in 2011, the organic range Les Claris made its debut. Thus, to date, Les Terrasses Cévénoles offers a total of 21 white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines, under the Cévennes PGI and Languedoc AOC designations.

Located at the foot of the Cévennes foothills, the vineyards are subject to two distinct climates: the Mediterranean climate and the Cévennes microclimate linked to the presence of the mountains. These two climates combined allow the cooperative winemakers of Terrasses Cévénoles to produce ripe grapes while maintaining a good level of acidity—synonymous with freshness, liveliness, and long shelf life—along with the beautiful aromatic intensity typical of Cévennes wines.
