Les Vignes Oubliées

These 9 hectares of vineyards, which were slated for abandonment for economic reasons, have been brought back to life and are now cultivated in partnership with their owners. Benefiting from the generosity of the Languedoc combined with the cool climate of the Larzac, this high-altitude terroir (up to 350 meters) and its soils rich in schist, sandstone, and clay-limestone make it an exceptional site. 

The wines are the result of meticulous care of the soil and vines; they convey a true expression of the terroir, highlighting the grape varieties. The wines are aged in a cool cave—a former oil mill—that truly embodies the spirit of the terroir. 

With a lively and approachable style, this Languedoc-designated cuvée is pure delight. Based on Clairette, the white wine is skillfully balanced by its aging in wood. The soil composition is rich: schist, sandstone, and clay-limestone.
