About the estate:
Saint-Julien-de-Concelles overlooks the Loire Valley and the market gardens where, among other things, lily of the valley and Nantes lamb's lettuce are grown. The Pétard family has been farming the vineyards here since the 19th century, on hillsides with mica schist soils. Vincent Pétard joined his parents in 2004. Ten years later, after they retired, he went into partnership with his childhood friend Christophe Bazile. Together, they cultivate 25 hectares, a third of which is in conversion to organic farming.
