A beautiful golden color, with a fairly complex aroma. Good length on the palate and well-balanced acidity. A very good buy.

Juicy, with notes of green apple and citrus, a very light initial effervescence; excellent with oysters

That characteristic sparkle typical of this appellation is perfectly at home here. It makes your mouth water, and you’ll love the lovely acidity on the palate, accompanied by notes of exotic fruits and citrus. Superb!

We served this wine as an aperitif. It had a subtle citrus aroma on the nose, with a pleasant freshness on the palate and a light acidity on the finish. It was very well received.
