Château Pas du Cerf
This estate dates back to 1848 and has been run by eight successive generations. Today, three sisters oversee the vineyards, winemaking, and aging of their treasures. The estate comprises 80 hectares of vineyards—certified organic since 2018—nestled within a 700-hectare forest. The château’s name derives from a visit by King Francis I, during which, while on a hunt with hounds, he served a stag at the table.
