Château Pas du Cerf

An estate dating back to 1848, where eight generations have succeeded one another at its helm. Today, three sisters oversee the vineyards, winemaking, and aging of their treasures. The estate consists of 80 hectares of vineyards, certified organic since 2018, nestled in a 700-hectare forest. The name of the château comes from the visit of King Francis I, who, during a hunt, served a deer on the spot.
