"This is a great wine" (Parker) "
"There's something comforting about this wine. Maybe it's the creamy notes of baked oats and pears, with their curves and soft texture like goose down. Maybe it's the warmth of licorice and fennel bulb that rises from the back of the mouth and moves slowly down both sides of the palate to the tip of the tongue. Maybe it's because the acidity tingles like the sweetest green pepper. Maybe it's because the finish gives the impression (taste) of a generous grandmother handing you a slice of warm bread, fresh from the oven, buttered and accompanied by a glass of apple juice. With just a hint of white pepper." (Jancis Robinson)

Robert Parker - Wine Advocate
Wine rated ( 2025 guide) 91/100 (Great wine)
About the wine:
Méditerranée Exception Blanc reveals a bright, lively bouquet of spices, ripe orchard fruit, aromatic herbs and spring flowers right from the nose. Moderately full-bodied, round and harmonious, it is elegant and energetic, with lively acidity and a delicate, salty, alluring and charming finish. Fermented and aged for 11 months in barrel, this is a great wine.
