Garriguettes Estate
At the gates of Avignon, the Garriguettes estate is located in the heart of the appellation Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Gadagne, in Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, a small Provençal village.

Sébastien Clément, a young winemaker, trained and managed winemaking operations in various countries around the world before joining the family business. Today, he runs the 24-hectare Garriguettes estate, passed down to him by his grandfather Jean and his father Jean-Louis. The Garriguettes vineyard was the first in the Villages Gadagne appellation to convert to organic farming and is now certified biodynamic (Demeter). Its hillside location, rounded pebble terroir, Mediterranean climate, and exposure to the Mistral wind, which guarantees a naturally healthy harvest, give the Garriguettes estate the distinctive character of a true terroir.

Perched on the plateau of rounded pebbles in Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, 15 km from Avignon, this small vineyard, blessed by wind and sun, has historically been recognized for the richness of its wines. The Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Gadagne AOP is: a small appellation covering 250 hectares with 170 hectares of vines; a vineyard that was once owned by the Popes of Avignon (the boundary markers are still in place), located 15 km east of Avignon on the first hill; a plateau at an altitude of 115 meters consisting of rounded pebbles on a bed of ochre-red clay with filtering properties that ensure the vines' water needs are met even in the hottest summer weather; only six estates and one cooperative winery. A little gem in the Rhône Valley waiting to be discovered!
