James Suckling
"A good baguette, charcuterie and a bottle of Béret Bleu!"
This is the cuvée "Hommage" to the winemaker's grandfather, who wore the blue beret, made entirely from Cinsault, described as the "Pinot du Sud" by Jean Clément. The wine is an invitation to conviviality, with red fruit at its core, supple tannins and a wild freshness! Serve slightly chilled.
