"A good baguette, some charcuterie, and a bottle of Béret Bleu!"

This is the "Hommage" cuvée, named in honor of the winemaker's grandfather, wearing a blue beret, made entirely from Cinsault grapes, described as the "Pinot of the South" by Jean Clément. The wine invites conviviality, with red fruit at its core, supple tannins, and incredible freshness! Serve slightly chilled.
