Domaine La Guintrandy

Domaine La Guintrandy is located at the gateway to the Enclave des Papes, in the municipalities of Visan and Tulette. A family-owned estate since 1850, Marie-Claude and Olivier Cuilleras represent the fifth and sixth generations of owner-growers.

The vineyards of Domaine La Guintrandy stretch across clay-limestone terroirs highly suited to viticulture, at an altitude ranging from 180 to 230 meters; they are cultivated using certified organic farming methods, ensuring that the wine produced reflects the character of the terroir. The soil is therefore plowed across the entire width of the row and subsoiled once a year to loosen the soil, promote aeration, and allow the roots to draw nutrients from deep within the soil. Only organic fertilizers are used if deficiencies are detected. Harvesting is done by hand with a team of 12 to 16 pickers. As for winemaking, it is carried out in the purest tradition.

Domaine La Guintrandy produces generous, full-bodied, and aromatic wines, enjoyable young or made for aging.
