Domaine de Mourchon
Founded in 1998 by the McKinlay family, Domaine de Mourchon has become an iconic winery in the village of Séguret. Thanks to its secluded location in a valley between the village and Mont Ventoux, this picturesque vineyard of about twenty hectares is rooted in clay and limestone soils and benefits from a unique microclimate.
The McKinlay family, originally from Scotland, undertook numerous projects upon purchasing the vineyard—notably the construction of a winery that had not previously existed. This state-of-the-art winery paved the way for the arrival of Sébastien Magnouac, the cellar master at Domaine de Mourchon.
Sustainable viticulture combined with traditional and refined winemaking techniques results in structured wines with fruity aromas and intense colors. A style now recognized on the national and international scene.
