Domaine de Mourchon
Created in 1998 by the McKinlay family, Domaine de Mourchon has become an iconic estate in the village of Séguret. Due to its isolated location in a valley between the village and Mont Ventoux, this picturesque 20-hectare vineyard is rooted in clay and limestone soils that benefit from a unique microclimate.
The McKinkay family, originally from Scotland, undertook numerous projects as soon as they purchased the vineyard, including the construction of a winery, which had not existed until then. This ultra-modern winery led to the arrival of Sébastien Magnouac, the cellar master at Domaine de Mourchon.
Sustainable viticulture combined with traditional and sophisticated winemaking techniques produce structured wines with fruity aromas and intense colors. This style is now recognized both nationally and internationally.
