Robert Parker

(2014 Vintage Notes)

The quintessential Rhône blend, the Duché d'Uzès white reveals intense aromas of apricots, nuanced by subtle hints of exotic fruits. Sunny and well-balanced, the palate is characterized by ripe fruit notes in a rounded style. With a slightly briny finish, we love its freshness!

A good wine, but lacking in character, with a noticeable alcohol content; in these regions, Roussanne and Marsanne do not produce the same wines as they do in the northern Côtes du Rhône.
