After 10 years of exploring the vineyards of the South, François-Xavier Nicolas, as if it were only natural, decided to settle in the Vaucluse to share his expertise with us through the Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, and Gigondas appellations. Since then, this unpretentious “artisan and wine merchant” from the southern Rhône Valley has been offering us wines crafted with a blend of instinct and perfectionism—unique expressions of sharing and conviviality.
