After 10 years of exploring the vineyards of southern France, François-Xavier Nicolas naturally decided to settle in the Vaucluse to share his expertise with us through the Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, and Gigondas appellations. Since then, this unpretentious “artisan and wine merchant” from the southern Rhône Valley has been offering us wines crafted with instinct and perfectionism—unique expressions of sharing and conviviality.
