After 10 years of exploring the vineyards of southern France, François-Xavier Nicolas naturally decided to settle in Vaucluse, where he shares his expertise through the Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, and Gigondas appellations. Since then, this unpretentious "artisan, négociant" from the southern Rhône Valley has been offering us instinctive, perfectionist, unique vintages that are symbols of sharing and conviviality.
