After a decade of exploring the vineyards of southern France, François-Xavier Nicolas naturally decided to settle in the Vaucluse region to share his expertise through the Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, and Gigondas appellations. Since then, this unpretentious “artisan and merchant” house from the southern Rhône Valley has been offering us wines crafted with instinct and perfectionism—unique expressions of sharing and conviviality.
