Ségriès Castle
Château de Ségriès, a family-run wine estate located in the heart of the Lirac appellation d'origine contrôlée, is one of the oldest estates in the appellation. This former 17th-century château, owned by Mr. Henri de Lanzac since 1995, boasts 30 hectares of vineyards in a single block on the clay-limestone terroir of the commune of Lirac.

Château de Ségriès also has around 20 hectares of vines spread across the Tavel appellation, and since 1995 has leased the property of Formula 1 driver Jean Alesi, Clos de l'Hermitage, located in the Côtes du Rhône AOC, a stone's throw from Avignon.

The wines of Château de Ségriès are made from very old vines aged between 80 and 100 years. Today, the estate is one of the leading names in its appellation.
