Sépia is made from a selection of small plots of Syrah (70%) and Grenache on the limestone terroirs of the Luberon. Concentrated, its nose is elegant and refined with aromas of red fruit, vanilla, and cinnamon. The palate is powerful, full-bodied, and flavorful with notes of licorice, violet, and red fruit, mingled with very fine oak and long, silky tannins. A truly expressive wine!

Rated estate (2023 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

Marrenon is one of France's most sophisticated cooperatives. It brings together nine wineries, no less than 7,600 hectares of vineyards, and has bottled more than 85% of the Luberon's annual production for 40 years. This is a remarkable feat in terms of quality, as evidenced by a very diverse and comprehensive range of wines. These wines are deliciously fruity, without losing sight of their terroir of origin.
