Sépia is crafted from a selection of small plots of Syrah (70%) and Grenache grown on the limestone soils of the Luberon. Concentrated, its nose is elegant and refined, with aromas of red fruit, vanilla, and cinnamon. The palate is powerful, full-bodied, and flavorful, with notes of licorice, violet, and red fruit, blended with subtle oak and long, silky tannins. A truly expressive wine!
