Vignobles Marrenon stretches across the entire Luberon massif and the southern slopes of the Monts de Vaucluse, clinging to the sides of these mountains, hugging the contours of its hills, and extending all the way along the rivers. All winemaking processes are coordinated within the cellars. This involves following a well-defined winemaking process for each style of wine produced by Vignobles Marrenon. Vignobles Marrenon’s efforts focus primarily on strict adherence to ripening dates and preserving the primary fruit characteristics by harvesting at night through mid-morning (even for certain reds), while prioritizing gentle extraction methods (rosés using free-run juice, reds through very careful extraction cycles)….
