Domaine Giachino

Domaine Giachino is located in Savoie, within the Chartreuse Regional Park. It consists of vineyard plots stretching across the slopes of Mont Granier, in the municipalities of Chapareillan, Les Marches, and Apremont. It has been run by the Giachino brothers, David and Frédéric, since its founding in 1988. There, they produce very healthy wines of great finesse.

The Giachino estate’s vineyard spans about ten hectares, facing the Bauges massif and overlooking the Combe de Savoie. Since 2008, the vineyard has been certified organic, allowing the indigenous grape varieties—unique in the world—to express themselves in the most beautiful way.

Domaine Giachino harvests all its grapes by hand in a vineyard tended with the utmost care, ensuring the highest quality raw materials. Vinification is carried out gently, using only indigenous yeasts. The wines produced—superbly refreshing and easy to drink—are the perfect reflection of the fabulous terroirs and grape varieties they represent.
