A deep red color, very intense with purplish highlights

Powerful and deep. It reveals notes of very ripe fruit (morello cherries), sweet spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), and minty licorice.
Palate
Very round, with silky tannins providing structure and excellent balance. It features aromas of fruit and spices, as well as smoky notes. Its lingering finish is indicative of a very good vintage.
