Domaine du Cros is the benchmark for the Marcillac vineyard, a micro-appellation near Rodez. Philippe Teulier created Domaine du Cros in 1984, and his son Julien now works alongside him. The Marcillac appellation offers us a little-known grape variety, Fer Servadou, which Domaine du Cros knows how to bring out the best in.
Domaine du Cros covers 30 hectares, mainly planted with Fer Servadou but also a small amount of Muscat à Petits Grains.
