About the estate:
Located in the heart of wine-growing Alsace, at the foot of Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, the family has been selling its wine since 1958. Today, the Engel brothers cultivate 19.5 hectares of vines, a large part of which is located in the Praelatenberg grand cru. Hubert works in the vineyards, while Christian works in the cellar. The estate has been certified organic since 2014.

For lovers of very dry white wines (who might give this one 5 stars)... Personally, I prefer a little more roundness and a more expressive nose.

Excellent. Very fruity and dry on the finish. Delicious with goat cheese. Especially goat cheese with flowers.
