About the estate:
Located in the heart of the Alsace wine region, at the foot of Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, the family has been selling its wine since 1958. Today, the Engel brothers cultivate 19.5 hectares of vineyards, a significant portion of which is located in the Praelatenberg grand cru. Hubert tends the vineyards, while Christian oversees the winery. The estate has been certified organic since 2014.

Excellent. Nice and fruity with a dry finish. Delicious with goat cheese—especially goat cheese with flowers.
