François Schmitt

After spending several years building on the family legacy since the 1970s, François was joined by his son Frédéric in 1998 and his daughter-in-law Myriam in 2010 to carry on the ancestral tradition. Spanning 13 hectares, the vineyards are primarily planted on the slopes of Bollenberg and the Grand Cru Pfingstberg, joined in 2014 by a plot in the Grand Cru Zinnkoepflé. They have been organic since 2005 and biodynamically certified since 2019.
