Domaine Henry Fuchs et fils

The Henry Fuchs & Fils Estate is now run by Cathy and Henry Fuchs, assisted by their son Paul, representing the third generation of winemakers since 1922. The estate is located halfway between Strasbourg and Mulhouse, in Ribeauville.

The Domaine Henry Fuchs & Fils vineyard spans 10 hectares, divided into numerous plots, on the slopes of the Ribeauvillé hills. The vines are cultivated using certified organic farming methods. Yields at Domaine Henry Fuchs & Fils are carefully controlled to ensure the grape variety’s full expression and the minerality that the roots draw from the bedrock. Great care is taken during the manual harvest and the processing of the grapes.

The wines of Domaine Henry Fuchs & Fils are produced without the addition of external yeasts, and every stage of the winemaking process is carefully monitored to ensure the highest quality Alsace wines.
