Domaine Henry Fuchs et fils

The Henry Fuchs & Fils estate is run by Cathy and Henry Fuchs, assisted by their son Paul, the third generation of winegrowers since 1922. The estate is located halfway between Strasbourg and Mulhouse, in Ribeauville.

The Domaine Henry Fuchs & Fils vineyard covers 10 hectares divided into numerous plots on the slopes of the Ribeauvillé hills. The vines are cultivated using certified organic methods. Yields at Domaine Henry Fuchs & Fils are carefully controlled to ensure that the grape variety expresses itself fully and that the roots draw out the minerality from the bedrock. Great care is taken in the manual harvesting and processing of the grapes.

Domaine Henry Fuchs & Fils wines are produced without the addition of exogenous yeasts, and each stage of the winemaking process is carefully controlled to obtain Alsace wines of the highest quality.
