Bodega Rolland
Following an initial venture in Cafayate, which led to a partnership with the Etchart family (San Pedro de Yacochuya), Dany and Michel Rolland continued their consulting work in Argentina. It was during this time that Michel Rolland launched the Clos de los Siete initiative, a project made possible by an investment from a group of friends from Bordeaux. The estate, which spans 850 hectares, is collectively managed and divided into individual vineyards. Each member contributes to the production of this flagship wine.

Until 2010, four wineries were operational on the “campo.” Bodega Rolland was the last winery to be built and became operational in time for the 2010 harvest. It is here that the grapes from Miraflor—Michel Rolland’s 100-hectare vineyard located on the edge of the Andes at an altitude of 1,000 meters—are vinified.
