Rolland Winery
Following an initial venture in Cafayate, which led to a partnership with the Etchart family (San Pedro de Yacochuya), Dany and Michel Rolland continued their consulting work in Argentina. It was during this time that Michel Rolland launched the Clos de los Siete initiative, a project made possible by an investment from a group of friends from Bordeaux. The estate, which spans 850 hectares, is a collective management entity divided into individual vineyards. Each member contributes to the production of this flagship cuvée.

Until 2010, four wineries were operational on the "campo." Bodega Rolland was the last winery to be built and became operational for the 2010 harvest. It vinifies grapes from Miraflor, Michel Rolland’s 100-hectare vineyard located on the edge closest to the Andes, at an altitude of 1,000 meters.
